CLS Group, Inc. is a full service software / hardware integrator supplying Systems and Networking support to small, medium and large corporations. The company was founded in 1987 by Mr. Phil Rassmussen, in the Chicago Area. With the passing of Mr. Rassmussen, in 1993, the Company was reorganized under the direction of James Molitor, who is dedicated to continuing the original goal of providing total solutions to meet the mission critical aspects of our clients' requirements.
